Can I track my parcel? Yes, when your parcel leaves our warehouse you will receive an email with a tracking link where you can see where your products are at the moment. Double check your junk mail / spam folder, sometimes the email ends up there.
Can I cancel my order? If your order has not yet left our warehouse. Please contact us immediately to find out at email@example.com and we will help you.
How do I return an order? Please note that the return must be sent back to Sweden. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you instructions. You are responsible for postage and shipping costs. Your return package must be well-protected and sent in the original packaging and the products must be in the same condition as when you received them.
Is there a fee for returns? Yes, a fee of £5 will be deducted from your refund.
Why haven´t I received a collection notification? If you do not receive a collection notification after five days of placing your order, please contact us. It may be because the mobile number provided at purchase is incorrect. Make sure to get in touch with us immediately, since your parcel will only be held at the collection point for 14 days, and we charge £30 for uncollected parcels.
Can I order my prints framed and ready to hang on my wall? Yes you can, but you need to contact us when you make your order, otherwise the print and frame, and picture mount if you selected one, will come box fresh, separately wrapped, for you to mount together yourself. If you want it mounted by us, please send us an email and we will do it for you at no extra cost.
Can I order posters with my own pictures and dimensions? No, not at the moment. Perhaps we will offer you that possibility in the future.
